Recognized as one of the leading voices in the Jazz guitar world, Mike has toured extensively and recorded as a leader of his own band, playing his original music to high critical acclaim. As Nate Chinen describes in his 2007 The Gig article in JazzTimes, "There are many other guitarists out there pushing towards a modern ideal, but none with the precise coordinates that Mike Moreno has charted."

Over the years, Mike has worked with The Joshua Redman Elastic Band, Lizz Wright Band, Nicholas Payton Quartet, Stefon Harris Black Out, Me'Shell N'Degeocello, Common, Jason Moran, Terence Blanchard, Robert Glasper, Kendrick Scott Oracle, Ambrose Akinmusire, Gretchen Parlato, Aaron Parks, Claudia Acu?a, Greg Osby 4, Wynton Marsalis and the Jazz At Lincoln Center Orchestra, Jeff "Tain" Watts, Jeremy Pelt, Jochen Rueckert, John Ellis, Myron Walden, Will Vinson and more.

Icelandic pianist Sunna Gunnlaugs, renowned for her evocative blend of lyrical beauty and Nordic influences, has carved out a remarkable place in the global jazz scene over the past two decades. Her journey from the bustling jazz clubs of New York to the scenic quietude of her homeland has shaped a sound that marries graceful intricacy with the deep resonance of her heritage.

Her trio has brought their captivating Nordic-Americana approach to such great festivals as the Vancouver Jazz Festival, DC Jazz fest, London Jazz fest, Oslo Jazz fest, Belgrade Jazz fest and Europe's finest clubs such as Unterfahrt in Munich and Porgy & Bess in Vienna. Sunna has released 13 albums that have all met with critical acclaim.

In the workshop Sunna will talk about how to practice efficiently and how to build a career.

Diego Pinera wurde 1981 in Montevideo, Uruguay geboren. Er studierte Schlagzeug am Berklee College of Music (USA), an der University of Music in Havanna (Cuba) und an der 新老虎机平台,最新老虎机 für Musik und Theater in Leipzig. 2017 wurde er mit dem ECHO Jazz als bester Schlagzeuger national ausgezeichnet mit seinem album "My Picture"feat.Mark Turner und Ben Street. Pineras Begegnungen mit der Musik Lateinamerikas und der Bandbreite des Jazz dienen ihm als künstlerischer Filter für seine Musik. Sein charakterstarker Personalstil ist gepr?gt durch ein avanciert rhythmisches Spielkonzept, ein Jazz-Sound mit Latin-Touch sowie dem Freiheitsdrang der Improvisation. Musikalische Komplexit?t sowie Virtuosit?t bleiben bei Pinera aber stets subtil, eine besondere Frische und Leichtigkeit durchstr?mt sein künstlerisches Schaffen.
